Although pornography and sex are harmless by themselves, some people end up in cycles of using it in unhealthy ways, that can have detrimental affects on their social life, career, and overall wellbeing. 

These events provide community and a place to discuss these matters openly for the purpose of getting out of these unhealthy cycles and living a more healthy and happy life. 

The atmosphere is friendly and supportive, and you can attend every week to track your progress, get accountability, tell us about your failures / wins, and get feedback / suggestions from the group.
