Frequently asked questions
Spiritual coaching is £30 per one-hour session, with one session per week. The coaching also includes ongoing WhatsApp support between sessions, so we can stay in contact when questions, difficulties or insights arise during the week. There are no additional tiers or packages. The arrangement is simply £30 per week.
Spiritual coaching is an opportunity to explore presence, awareness, consciousness, the nature of the mind, ego, suffering and our relationship with life.Sessions are shaped around what is actually happening in the person's experience rather than following a rigid program. We can discuss spiritual questions, difficulties with overthinking, emotional patterns, relationships, meditation, identity and other areas where greater awareness may be useful.
Sessions are conversational and exploratory. We can discuss whatever is most relevant at the time, examine the thoughts and beliefs underlying a difficulty, and explore ways of relating to experience with greater awareness and presence. The aim isn't simply to give advice or tell someone what to believe. It is to investigate experience together.
My approach has been influenced by a range of spiritual teachers and traditions, including Rupert Spira, Eckhart Tolle, Alan Watts, Mooji, Jesus Christ, the Buddha and Ramana Maharshi. These influences come from different traditions, but they share an interest in questions around awareness, consciousness, presence, suffering, identity and the nature of reality.I don't expect anyone to adopt a particular teacher's beliefs. The purpose is to explore these ideas and discover what is directly meaningful through our own experience.
No.Spiritual coaching isn't based on requiring us to adopt a particular religion, belief system or spiritual tradition. We can approach the sessions from a religious perspective, an agnostic perspective, an atheist perspective, or simply from a place of curiosity. If someone has a Christian, Buddhist, Hindu, Muslim or other religious background, we can explore spirituality within that context while also examining the underlying questions of awareness, consciousness and inner experience.
That's completely fine.We don't need to abandon an existing faith in order to explore presence or spirituality. If religion is important to someone, it can be part of the conversation. We can explore spiritual questions through the framework of that person's own tradition while remaining open to deeper questions about consciousness and experience.
If you miss a session, that's ok. We can simply reschedule it for another time that works for both of us.The arrangement is based on good faith and communication, so there isn't a rigid notice period. Just get in touch and let me know when you're next available.
No. Spiritual coaching and therapy are different.Spiritual coaching focuses on areas such as presence, awareness, consciousness, overthinking, identity, inner peace and spiritual development. It isn't intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions or replace professional medical or psychological treatment.
There is no fixed length of time. Coaching is paid for on a weekly basis and continues automatically until either of us chooses to end it.You can end the plan yourself through your account settings on the website, or simply ask me to end it for you. There is no requirement to commit to a three-month or six-month program.

My journey with adult sites began at a young age, around 14, when I stumbled upon them out of curiosity. Initially, the allure of these sites seemed harmless, even thrilling. However, as time went on, I began to notice the negative effects creeping into my life.
The impact of excessive indulgence became increasingly apparent, manifesting in various ways. I found myself battling social anxiety, struggling with fatigue, and experiencing a significant blow to my confidence. Furthermore, I noticed the development of unconventional sexual fetishes, leading to a skewed perception of intimacy and relationships. Unhealthy views of women and a deep-seated fear or discomfort around them further compounded these issues.
Despite these challenges, my journey towards NoFap coaching is driven by a profound sense of purpose. While there's undeniable potential for financial gain, my primary motivation lies in helping others navigate the complexities of addiction and reclaim control over their lives.
Through NoFap coaching, I aspire to provide individuals with the tools, support, and guidance they need to break free from harmful habits and cultivate a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle. By addressing not only the physical aspects of addiction but also the underlying psychological and emotional factors, I aim to facilitate lasting change and empower individuals to live their best lives.

I use a holistic approach, focusing on understanding your unique challenges and helping you build a healthier relationship with yourself. My program isn’t one-size-fits-all - it’s designed to fit your lifestyle and goals.
Yes, many of my clients come to me after trying other methods without success. We’ll uncover what didn’t work before and create a strategy that suits your specific needs.
Not necessarily. We’ll set goals based on what you want to achieve, whether it’s complete sobriety or cutting back. The program is flexible to your preferences and progress.
The duration varies based on your goals and needs. Most programs last several weeks to a few months, with the option for ongoing support if needed.
Not always. We’ll create a step-by-step plan that may involve gradual reduction or setting a quit date, depending on your comfort level and health considerations.
I provide tools to manage cravings, including mindfulness techniques, grounding exercises, and healthier coping mechanisms. If withdrawal symptoms are severe, I recommend consulting a medical professional for additional support.
Absolutely. Emotional triggers and stress are common reasons for drinking. We’ll work together to identify your triggers and develop healthier, more effective ways to cope.

Past attempts are part of the learning process, not failures. I’ll help you identify what went wrong and create a strategy that works better for you.
This program is an investment in your health and well-being. The cost is small compared to the long-term benefits of living an alcohol-free life, including improved health, relationships, and finances.
Many clients experience reduced cravings, better relationships, improved physical and mental health, and a renewed sense of control over their lives.
Yes, I provide ongoing support to help you stay on track, avoid relapse, and continue building a fulfilling, alcohol-free life.
Relapse is a learning opportunity, not a failure. Together, we’ll examine what led to it and adjust your strategy to help you move forward stronger.
I offer compassionate, non-judgmental support tailored to your specific needs. My goal is to equip you with the tools, mindset, and confidence to overcome alcohol dependence and reclaim your life.
